In plain language
This policy explains what Rankfastt collects, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. We keep the list short on purpose: we take the data needed to analyze a website and run your account, and nothing we cannot put to use for you.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show ads. Our income comes from subscriptions, so our incentive is to keep your data safe and your results real.
1. Who we are
Rankfastt is an AI visibility tool operated by a solo founder. It analyzes a website, checks whether AI answer engines cite it, and drafts the fixes that help it get cited. When this policy says "we" or "Rankfastt", it means that operator. You can reach us any time at rankfastt@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect four kinds of data, each tied to a specific job:
- Account data: your name and email address, created when you sign up or log in with Google.
- Site data: the URLs you ask us to analyze and the public page content we read from them, so we can score on-page signals and find gaps.
- Search Console data: if you connect Google Search Console, we read the queries, clicks, impressions, and positions for the sites you authorize. You can disconnect this at any point.
- Billing data: your plan and payment status. Card details go straight to our payments processor and never touch our servers.
We also record light usage logs (which pages loaded, error traces) to keep the product working. These logs are not used to profile you.
3. How we use your data
Every use maps back to running your account or improving your results:
- Analyze the sites you add and produce your score, gaps, and ranked fixes.
- Query AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to check whether they cite your site for buyer prompts.
- Draft content and code snippets you can publish, using your on-page copy and public competitor pages as context.
- Send you the account email you cannot opt out of, like sign-in links and payment receipts.
- Keep the service secure and debug problems when something breaks.
4. AI engines and third parties we work with
To do its work, Rankfastt passes limited data to a small set of processors. We pick vendors that let us keep your data out of their training sets where that option exists.
- Anthropic (Claude): drafts and rewrites content from prompts we build out of your site data.
- OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google: receive the buyer prompts we test so we can see who gets cited. These prompts describe a category, not your private account data.
- Google Search Console: read-only access to the search metrics for sites you connect.
- Supabase: stores your account and analysis data.
- Dodo Payments: handles checkout and card processing for subscriptions.
Each vendor acts on our instructions and is bound by its own agreement with us. We share the minimum each one needs, and no more.
5. Why we are allowed to process it
If you are in a region covered by the GDPR or similar law, our grounds for processing are: performance of our contract with you (running the account you signed up for), our legitimate interest in securing and improving the product, and your consent where we ask for it, such as connecting Search Console. You can withdraw consent by disconnecting the integration or closing your account.
6. How long we keep it
We hold account and analysis data for as long as your account is open. When you delete a site, we remove its stored analysis. When you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Ask us and we will confirm what remains and why.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. People in the EU, the UK, and California have these rights in law, and we extend the same handling to everyone.
To make a request, email rankfastt@gmail.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days.
8. How we protect it
Data moves over encrypted connections and rests in access-controlled databases. We limit who can reach production systems and review that access. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Children
Rankfastt is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and move the date at the top. For a change that materially affects you, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
12. Contact
Questions about your data or this policy go to rankfastt@gmail.com. We read every message and answer in plain language.
